TJ 10th Reunion
Okay, okay, I might be revealing my age here, but I just attended my 10 year high school reunion. What high school, you ask? The implausibly long-winded Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, abbreviated TJHSS&T for "short", or just TJ for those who have better things to do with their time.
About the pictures....sorry there weren't more of them (or better ones), but I spent most of my time catching up with everyone to bother with taking a bunch of pictures. Sometimes it's just better to live the moment than record it. Also, the pictures are provided without captions in order to spare myself the embarrasment of accidentally screwing up someone's name here or there.
In any event, it was great seeing everyone again. Probably the most interesting thing I'd observed was just how normal everyone had turned out to be. I suppose that this observation would probably hold true at most, if not all, high school reunions, but is slightly more noteworthy because of the fact that it's a magnet school, and my recollection was that a lot of kids there were on one or more "edges", some good....others, not so good.
In any case, it's good to see that time has a way of balancing things out. If any of you reading this were there, and would like the full (too large to fit on the web site) images, just email me and I'd be more than happy to send them to you.
